Meet the Team
Craig and JoEllen Mettille, Co-Owners
Craig has been in the construction business for 27 years and the insurance restoration/reconstruction business for 17 years. His goal has always been to provide the highest level of service to homeowners in their time of need. In early 2004, Craig and JoEllen purchased a new ServiceMaster Clean franchise to complement the insurance reconstruction business. Together, these two companies are able to assist homeowners with any and all repairs and cleaning required as a result of property damage.
Lonnie Tjelmeland, General Manager
Lonnie has been working in the construction industry most of his life. He began full time in early 1992 and moved into the insurance restoration/reconstruction in 2001. Lonnie started with Reconstruction 380 as an project manager and moved quickly up the ranks to an estimator and then to his current position as general manager. He believes in providing unmatched professionalism, quality on all projects and excellent customer service to each and every customer.
Scott Miller, Estimator
Scott has been working in the construction industry since 1987 and insurance restoration/reconstruction since 1987. Scott is your first line of communication after having damage to your property. He will work effectively with you and your insurance company to repair your property while keeping your needs in mind.
Bryan Ballard, Estimator
Bryan has been working with the 380 Companies in the Disaster Restoration business since 2006. He has excelled at many levels and positions within the 380 Companies and hopes his experience can help those in need. Bryan takes pride in his work ethic, honesty and attention to detail. With the end goal of getting the customer back to their normal lifestyle after a loss, Bryan will work hard to ensure each and every customer is treated fairly.
Maynard (Mo) Ormiston, Project Manager
Mo has been working in the construction industry since 1977 and insurance restoration/reconstruction since 1998. Mo’s loyalty and dedication is what helps make Reconstruction 380 the great success it is. He is a skilled craftsman, a well-organized manager and a true asset to everyone involved. Mo likes to treat each property as if it were his own.
Curt Rawson, Project Manager
Curt has been working in the construction industry since 2005 and insurance restoration/reconstruction since 2005. Curt will work with you and other contractors to schedule and restore your property with ease. His ability to multi-task is a great benefit to both the client and all who work with him.
Mark Kramer, Project Manager
Mark has been working in the construction industry since 2002 and insurance restoration/reconstruction since 2007. Mark’s goal is to make the job go as smooth and quick as possible for you, in your time of need. He takes pride effectively scheduling and coordinating projects with customers and contractors.
Brian Hagarty, Project Manager
Brian has been in the construction industry since 1987, primarily in new construction projects. While growing up as a young man, his family owned and operated a hardware store and electrical business. Brian is well versed in all phases of construction including concrete, electrical, plumbing and HVAC. Brian’s goal is to give the customer the best possible experience while rebuilding their property quickly and efficiently concluding with a quality final product you can be proud of.
Ben Jansen, Project Manager
Ben started a full time career in the construction industry in 2013. He comes from a long list of family members who have been in the industry for many years. Soon after completing college, Ben realized that a career in the construction trades is where he wanted to use his skills to accomplish life goals. His attention to detail and work ethic are proven assets to Reconstruction 380 and all of its customers. Ben will work tirelessly to help restore your property as if it was his own home.
